Mount Dimats
Mount Dimats, situated in the Tavush Province of Armenia, stands as one of the prominent peaks within the picturesque landscapes of the region. Mount Sartsapat
Mount Sartsapat, also located in the Tavush Province of Armenia, is the highest peak of the Ijevan mountain range. Standing at an elevation of approximately 2,532 meters (8,307 feet) above sea level, Mount Sartsapat commands awe-inspiring views of the surrounding landscapes.
Similar to Mount Dimats, Mount Sartsapat offers opportunities for hiking and trekking enthusiasts to explore its rugged terrain and diverse ecosystems. The mountain is characterized by rocky slopes, alpine meadows, and dense forests, providing a habitat for various flora and fauna.
Itinerary
The tour will start at 8AM from Yerevan. Our driver and the guide will pick you up from your preferred location and you will head directly to Tavush Region, Haghartsin village.
From here your jeeping tour will begin. You will drive though breathtaking views of Ijevan Mountain range admiring the picturesque rock formations, thick forests and hight mountain peaks.
After you reach mount Dimats you will have a stop at the most demanded and beautiful location for Lunch.
After the lunch you will start a short and enjoyable hike to the top of the highest peak of the mountain range - Sartsapat mountain.
After the summit you will go dow to the cars and head to Haghartsin monastery.
After sightseeing and a shot tour around the monastery you will head back to Yerevan.
